About Preferred Title of St. Joseph

Preferred Title of St. Joseph, L.L.C. was founded in April of 2001 by owners Angie Moeck and Julie Colboch after realizing a need in St. Joseph for a hometown-owned title company. After several years of providing the people of St. Joseph, Missouri, and the surrounding area with outstanding and personalized services, Preferred Title now serves dozens of counties in northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas, with licensure in both states.

Our underwriters are Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
